The International Consortium for Spinal Genetics, Development and Disease (ICSGDD) is an organization dedicated to research in spine-related fields. The positioning and goal of the organization are to bring together researchers in the fields of basic science, genetics, and developmental biology, as well as clinical research physicians, to jointly discuss the challenges, advances, and current status of spinal research, and promote the development of spinal diseases in basic research and clinical management. Its members include professionals and students engaged in research on the genetics, development, and diseases of the spine and spinal deformities. The ICSGDD, in conjunction with the Department of Orthopaedics, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and the Orthopaedic Consumables and Additive Manufacturing Branch of the China Association for Medical Equipment, will host the 2025 International Consortium for Spinal Genetics, Development and Disease Annual Meeting, the 19th Peking Union Medical College Hospital Bone and Joint Surgery Technology Development Meeting, and the 5th International Early Onset Scoliosis Conference in Beijing from November 21 to 23, 2025. This conference will comprehensively interpret domestic and international cutting-edge progress in the field of orthopaedics through various forms such as academic reports, keynote speeches, and thematic discussions. It will provide participants with opportunities for interactive communication and experience sharing with renowned experts at home and abroad in a combined online and offline format. Orthopaedic experts are welcome to actively submit their manuscripts.
